Follow Up on Follow Up

We have a lethargic and feverish Bean, so we are a little concerned but we are continuing with the antibiotic treatment and hoping that will work. We went strawberry picking and had a big cookout with several friends yesterday and she seemed OK but today was not so great -- half way through Kung Fu Panda (good movie for the over three set, BTW) she crawled into Mom's lap and just wanted to be snuggled. We are hoping that this is just a side effect from the medication and not a sign of something more serious as we are scheduled to be off to Orlando - we'll have to wait and see. Will keep you all updated as events warrant, but please don't worry if there are no posts, as we will be enjoying the Magic Kingdom and the surrounding parks, if all goes as planned!

  1. Hi Ginni and family! Love reading your blog (as well as Sara's and Sis Sue's) and all your family doings! Am so sorry about the Bean's saga with the ticks!! OMG would be an appropriate title. I wondered about that when you mentioned your "walk in the woods" and the possibility of ticks and that Lyme disease is prevalent back there. Supposedly originated/discovered near Lyme, Conn. I remember going to the Los Padres National Forrest near the Indians and flagging for ticks for work with the State Vector guys....yes, checking for the tick that carries the Lyme disease. Was interesting work. Very good thing she is on antibiotics and i pray all goes well there! Give her hug from Aunt Lolo (& to MOO too!) and tell them we are thinking of them and love them!
    Love Aunt Lolo and family
